Volunteers!

We need your help pre-fair to solicit and collect donations, set up, day-of set up, and day-of event break down. Shift sign ups will be available in April. Please look out for announcements from flyers, emails and on the electonic message board.  

Food Committee
Food committee volunteers help to with food prep, transport food items, sell food, and break down the food booth at the end of the night.

Games Committee
We need parents to help staff our games booths! Generally we have 2 parents per game for each shift. Volunteers help students to play games, collect tickets and distribute prizes. 

Prize Committee
Prize volunteers help with setting up the prize room, organizing prizes, designating ticket amounts, distributing prizes to students, and breaking down the prize room at the end of the night.

Security
We need an overnight security guard to watch over the campus tents, tables and games the night before Family Fun Night.

Parking

Parking volunteers help guide cars in and out of parking stalls throughout the night, as well as manage traffic around campus.

Country Store Committee

Country store volunteers help to solicit and collect baked goods, plants, and other donations before Family Fun Night, set up and organize items before and during the fair, and help to break down the country store at the end of the night. 

Silent Auction Committee

Silent Auction committee is in charge of soliciting auction items from local and national vendors, transporting and storing donations, bundling auction items, photographing and posting items on our online auction platform, and distributing items to winning bidders.
