2023 Family Fun Night

Calling all families and friends. We need help leading and participating in committees for this year’s Family Fun Night being held on May 12, 2023. Family Fun Night is our school’s most beloved annual event and the only way it can happen is with the help and support of our Nu‘uanu families.

Come learn more about Family Fun Night and how you can help at our 2023 Family Fun Night kick off meeting on Wed, Jan. 18 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria. Pizza will be provided. This is also a great chance to meet and get to know other families.

If you can’t join in person but are interested in helping, you can join the meeting via zoom with this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82606338520?pwd=ejNaVkVRVkF5NUZ4RzFjRDdnVUVBdz09,

What’s a theme?

A theme is a clever message or movie reference created by students from Nu‘uanu Elementary School for Family Fun Night. The theme is used for games, decorations and Family Fun Night t-shirt designs. Some past themes include last year’s “Nu‘uanu Candyland,” “The Wizarding World of Nu‘uanu” (adapted from Harry Potter), “Nu‘uanu Go! Catch Some Fun!” (adapted from Pokemon Go!) and “Family Force Night, Nu‘uanu Awakens” (adapted from Star Wars).

Flyers will be sent home with your child this week. You can participate by submitting your ideas on the paper form by Tuesday, Jan. 17. Or online with this link:
