- Our Event Committee: Chris Chock, Chairperson; Merle Chibana, Joi Yamamoto, Terry Visperas
- Girl Scouts for helping with setup and bake sale
- Cub Scouts for the colorguard
- Kelvin Chun for the magic show
- Ron and Mike for helping setup of the cafeteria, PA, and cleanup
- Gary Hashimoto for audio/visual support
- Boy Scouts fo
r assistance with traffic/parking
- A+ staff for letting us set up the cafeteria early

And to all the many others who volunteered to help organize , setup, and cleanup.  Enjoy the pictures (link below) and have a safe and Happy Halloween!

'Aikane General Meeting and Pumpkin Carving this Friday

jackolanterns.jpg
Don't forget our next 'Aikane General Meeting and Pumpkin Carving Night is this Friday!  We've planned a fun family event for kids to dress up, enjoy the magic show, and make jack-o-lanterns!  At our meeting Principal T
oyooka will give a brief update about school happenings, and 'Aikane give an update on the Fall Fundraiser results.

We are allowing pumpkin and bento pickup starting at 4pm, so ask that you be careful driving/parking when arriving for the event as the A+ afterschool program runs until 5:30pm.
If you plan to arrive early, we're looking for volunteers to help cover the tables with plastic sheeting, a few volunteers to help direct traffic for parking, and lending a hand if a committee person asks.  We also ask that you bring old newspaper to make cleanup of the pumpkin "guts" quicker.

Thank you all for your support, and see you all Friday!
